Eligibility: Open only to US citizens, at least 21 years of age who are affiliated with the rent-to-own industry. Employees of Moneris Solutions, APRO, and members of their immediate family are not eligible to participate. Moneris Solutions is not responsible for printing errors, incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete entry of information. Any misdirected, delayed, lost or late entries, undelivered, misdirected email, or corporate firewalls, which are void.

You are entered by submitting your contact information at http://rto.monerisusa.com/newsite or http://rto.monerisusa.com/website before midnight February 28, 2008.  One (1) entry per contact is allowed.  . Entries are property of Moneris Solutions and will not be acknowledged or returned. By submitting contact information, entrants give Moneris Solutions permission to contact them regarding electronic payments services.  Moneris Solutions reserves the right to change the prizes awarded, or otherwise modify the contest at any time.  By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Moneris Solutions, which shall be final. No purchase necessary to enter or win this contest. Void where prohibited - subject to all applicable laws.

No prize substitution, transfer, or cash redemption by winner. Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of prize.  Contest ends February 28, 2008. Potential winner selected by random drawing on or about March 1, 2008 by Moneris Solutions from all entries received and will be notified by email within seven (7) days of drawing. If potential winner declines prize, or if prize notification cannot be accomplished within ten days from first notification attempt, potential winner will be disqualified, and an alternate selected. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

Except where prohibited, by accepting said prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.  All prizes awarded pursuant to the contest are subject to all applicable withholding for taxes.  Taxes associated with the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
